Full Management Service

Ideal if you want someone else to take the strain of keeping your houses occupied as well as day-to-day management.

Included in this service:
  1. New Faces. We’ll promptly find you new tenants through our approved lists and extensive advertising.
  2. Viewings. All of our viewings are accompanied. We work 6 days a week and weekday evenings so you can be assured that we are able to undertake viewings at a convenient time for everyone.
  3. Approval Process. Through or application procedure and accompanied viewings we’ll ensure we find the best prospective tenants and thoroughly check their references.
  4. Legal Documentation. We organise the signing of tenancy agreements and inventories and ensure that all legal aspects of the tenancy are covered.
  5. Bonds. We collect the bond payment from your new tenant and pass it into the Tenancy Deposit Schemes. Once in the scheme we administer all correspondence through to the end of the tenancy.
  6. Ongoing Payments. Administration of rent payments from existing tenants, including cash collection of rent if needed.
  7. Inspections. Regular property inspections to ensure your tenants are keeping the property in the manner you left it.
  8. Contact. 24 hour a day first point of contact in the event of any tenant queries or problems. We will also regularly speak to all your tenants to ensure that they are happy with their accommodation.
  9. Maintenance and Repairs. We administer any maintenance work needed on your property.
  10. Looking at the Future. Even though your property is occupied you can be assured that we are constantly looking at market rent trends, and speaking to new leads about future property needs.
  11. Moving Out. We’ll ensure that your property is left in the same state as when the tenancy started.
